ASO, when done correctly will lead to the discovery of the mobile apps of your startup, by increasing the visibility and ranking of the products, with the organic search results.The possibility of searching for a product will only increase with the download of the said app in their smartphone, otherwise there are very little chances. Only focussing on ASO is not a resolution for the brands, without the updates required to make the app user-friendly, smooth and flawless.

2. After Development Upgradation

There are multiple mobile platforms in the market that offers various applications for enticing the users. Launching the mobile app in the app store is not the final point. There is a continuous requirement of the making the apps appear with better qualities, by the developers. New features and the removal of defects are two most important aspect of the app development, even after the developmental phase is over. There is always a chance that the users will discard your app, without any continuous development of the product. Other than these factors an upgradation of your mobile apps, not only takes care of the changing requirements of the customers, but also makes it compatible with more and more devices. There might be other such reasons as performance issues, owing to some security reasons or different versions of the same product, while adapting to newer technologies. It is often found that lack of compatibility with devices accounts for hanging problems in the smartphone, not acceptable by users, under any circumstances.

As a startup in mobile apps, one must be equipped enough with marketing and promotional skills. There are several challenges that are faced in the actual marketplace. PR and media plan, social and viral marketing are some of the essential activities that needs to be kept in mind. A successful app is often 90 % marketing and 10 % development. Before, starting with the grueling task of developing your app, one must also understand the market for the mobile app, with a through competition analysis.
