In 2016, we crossed the 100 project completion milestone and strengthened our workforce by hiring 150+ employees from across locations, in just a year. This year also marked our strategic evolution from a mobile-first agency to a full-cycle digital transformation partner for our clients.

Our efforts and their impact began bagging global industry recognition as tech experts and thought leaders. Our employee strength grew into a community of tech lovers building a powerful culture that was bound to see only growth ahead.

Clocking a 250% YoY growth, we moved into a new office to accommodate our enormous strength of 400+ employees. This hyper-growth was fueled by our deep investment in emerging technologies like blockchain and artificial intelligence.

We successfully completed 1000+ digital assets and celebrated this achievement in our very own newly built terrace cafe. We also started a charitable initiative, Daan Sewa, to help uplift the less fortunate in nearby areas.

In 2020, we bagged multiple long-term state and central government contracts worth millions. Our growth rate helped us set the record for maximum hirings done during the pandemic. In the same year, we also won the award for ‘App Development Company of the Year’ by The Entrepreneur.

2021 marked a significant milestone in our journey as we surpassed ₹100 crore in revenue, while the app downloads for our clients collectively reached an impressive 800 million. In the same year, GoodFirms also highlighted our dedication to excellence, naming us a 'Top Mobile App Development Company'.

Our consistent employee-first policies that evolved over years resulted in fostering an environment that won the 'Best Place to Work 2022’ award by Outlook India. That same year, our growth extended geographically as we expanded to multiple new locations, also opening a new office in Chandigarh. In 2022, we also had the distinct honor of leading the Government of India's iconic 'Har Ghar Tiranga' campaign, which reached over 200 million people.

Our exponential revenue growth in the last 3 financial years ranked us as the Top India Growth Champions 2023 by Statista and recognized us as the Tech Company of the Year 2023 by the Times Group and the ‘Tech Fast 50’ Firm by Deloitte. The impact we brought in the tech industry by delivering 3000+ digital assets only accelerated as we implemented a strict ‘Zero Layoff strategy’ in the same year, which boosted employee morale and helped the business grow during the 2023 recession. Towards the end of the year on November 8, 2023, we officially replaced our Daan Sewa initiative with the Appinventiv Foundation, serving as a testament to our commitment to social impact and giving back to the community.

As our revenue crossed the ₹300 crore threshold in the financial year, 2024-25, Deloitte again listed us among India's Fast 50 firms, the CIO Association named us its Preferred Partner, and MobileAppDaily ranked us among the year’s Fastest-Growing AI Development Companies. We also expanded our global presence during the year by establishing a new office in Australia. The Appinventiv Foundation also launched its EduBoost Scholarship Program in 2024, pledging a merit-based scholarship of ₹1 crore for the underprivileged students, and won the ‘Best Education Scholarship Award’ at Indian CSR Awards later in the same year.

In 2025, we have so far delivered 100+ AI and Generative AI solutions across industries and helped our clients achieve remarkable results - 40% reduction in costs, $50 Million+ funding, and 60% enhanced operational efficiency. So far in 2025, the Appinventiv Foundation has also concluded its first award ceremony and dispersed the initial grant to 50 merit scholars. In recognition of his unwavering commitment to tech-driven philanthropy, Saurabh Singh, CEO of Appinventiv, has also been honored with the Tech Philanthropist Award by The Economic Times.
