Flexible Data Management with MongoDB: MongoDB was selected as the database for its flexible schema, which is ideal for managing the diverse and interconnected data structures of users, properties, transactions, and wallets.

Responsive Interfaces with React & React Native: The web portal was built with React JS and the mobile apps with React Native, ensuring a modern, responsive, and consistent user experience across all platforms.
