Founded over 15 years ago, Unitel is one of the largest Mongolia-based ICT service provider group companies, which is a leader in the field of mobile communications. With such a deep, enriched, and successful history in the telecommunications industry, Unitel now wanted to establish itself in the mobile app market.
While it launched a daily service mobile app, Toki, it still needed expert guidance on maintaining, updating, and upgrading the platform with innovative features that could help generate new revenue sources. That’s when Unitel partnered with Appinventiv to manage Toki app’s SDLC process end-to-end.
